Raja Bagmane is a Non-Executive Chairman on the Board of our Manager. He is the founder of the Bagmane Group and a designated partner of the Sponsor. He has over 28 years of experience in the real estate sector and has been actively involved in the growth of the Bagmane Group’s portfolio. Since the inception of its real estate business in 1999, the Bagmane Group has delivered over 27.7 msf across seven commercial real estate projects in Bengaluru, representing approximately 12.3% of Bengaluru’s total Grade A office stock as of June 30, 2025.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He has over nine years of experience in the real estate sector and has been involved in the Bagmane Group’s project planning, pre-development assessments, feasibility analysis, maintenance of key tenant relationships, procurement, and oversight of large construction and development pipelines. His responsibilities include leading new-market evaluations, partnership initiatives, and long-term development planning, with exposure to land assessment, tenant requirements, and the financial considerations of the projects of our Manager.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in International Business, Finance, and Economics from the University of Manchester, and a master’s degree in business administration from IE University, Business School, Madrid. He has over seven years of experience within the Bagmane Group and has been involved in the Group’s acquisitions, finance, asset operations, hospitality, and renewable energy initiatives. His responsibilities include coordinating financial planning processes, tracking operational and portfolio-level performance, and supporting the optimisation of the workplace and asset management functions of our Manager.

She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of FabIndia Limited and is currently the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner of SAMA Ventures LLP. She has over 30 years of experience across the consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors.

He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Risk Manager. Prior to joining the Bagmane Group, he was associated with K Raheja Corp Group, GVK Jaipur Expressway Private Limited (part of the GVK Group), and Tata Consultancy Services Limited. He has over 16 years of experience, including more than 12 years in corporate finance and financial reporting in the real estate sector.

He has over 39 years of experience across commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
